At Extraaa, we value your trust and strive to provide you with seamless and reliable services. We understand that there might be situations where you may require a refund for services such as recharges, payments, banking services, Insurance, investment, and travel bookings. This refund policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds under various categories.

Recharges and Payments:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for recharges and payments will be considered in cases of failed transactions or incorrect deductions. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide valid proof of the failed transaction or erroneous deduction.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support within 45 days of the failed transaction or incorrect deduction. We will investigate the matter and process the refund if it is deemed valid. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the timeline for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.

Insurance services

Refund eligibility for insurance services is subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective insurance providers. Extraaa will assist you in processing refund requests based on the provider's policy. Please contact us for further assistance.

Banking Services:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for banking services, such as fees or charges, will be considered based on the terms and conditions associated with the specific service. Please refer to the service agreement for details on eligibility criteria for refunds.

Refund Process: To request a refund for banking services, please contact our dedicated banking support team. Our team will review your request and communicate the decision within a reasonable timeframe.

Loan services  

Typically, there are two types of loans -

1. A loan taken for the purchase of an asset, availing a service or against an existing asset - Eg. - Mortgage loan, consumer durable/ goods purchase/product purchase loan or loans towards availing a service (education, medical treatment, etc.)

In this type of loan, the customer would need to take an informed decision for selecting the suitable product, asset or service by engaging with the dealer or seller. The financial lender does not guarantee or warranty on the product/asset/ service quality or efficacy. The financial lender's role is in facilitating finance as per terms mutually agreed upon.

2. A personal loan through credit of cash in the bank account

In this type of loan, the customer engages with the financial lender and agrees on the terms and conditions including the loan commercials like - interest rate, tenor, EMI amount, fees and charges, etc. The financial lender is obliged to honor the agreed commitment made with the customer.

Loan applications get approved based on the acceptance of terms and conditions by the customer as laid down by the financial lender. The process involves consent through a loan agreement/ loan term sheet in physical or digital form. The loan details are shared with the customer through the welcome letter which is sent via SMS or email. If the customer is not satisfied with the product or service and wants to cancel the loan, the customer will need to contact the dealer for the return of the product or cancellation of the service. The loan cancellation will be done basis the confirmation of product return/cancellation of the service from the dealer and at the sole discretion of the company.

For personal loans, where the customer's bank account has been credited with the funds and the loan is booked based on the agreed terms, the customer will have to foreclose the loan as per laid terms in the agreement.

Investment Services:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for investment services will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the investment agreement or contract. Certain investment products may have specific refund policies based on market conditions and other factors.

Refund Process: To inquire about a refund for investment services, please reach out to our investment support team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with information regarding any applicable refund policies.

Travel Bookings:

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility: Travel booking cancellations and refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Extraaa will adhere to the cancellation and refund policies set forth by these providers.

Refund Process: To initiate a travel booking cancellation and request a refund, please contact our travel support team. We will work with the travel providers to process your cancellation and facilitate any eligible refunds as per their policies.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support:

Reach out to support@extraaa.in within 26 days of the purchase or billing date, depending on the reason for your refund request.

b. Provide Necessary Information: You will be required to provide the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Date of purchase or billing

  • Invoice or order number

  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

c. Evaluation:Our team will carefully evaluate your refund request and will notify you of the decision within 26 days business days.

Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to the original payment method. Please allow 26 days business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Denial

If your refund request is denied, you will receive a detailed explanation for the decision. You may have the option to appeal the decision or discuss alternative solutions with our customer support team.

General Refund Guidelines:

Valid Proof:To be eligible for a refund under any category, you must provide valid proof of the issue or transaction in question. This may include screenshots, transaction IDs, or any other relevant documentation.

Timelines:Refund processing times may vary based on the nature of the request and the specific service. We will make every effort to process refunds in a timely manner and communicate any delays if they arise.
